Apex Haul: Return and Refund Policy
Overview
Any product (unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all included accessories, parts, and documentation) can be returned within 30 days of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your delivery date, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Important Notes

Final Sale: Items explicitly marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase cannot be returned or exchanged.

Defective Items: Do not ship defective items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior authorization will be denied, and no refund will be issued. Please email us at jason831147@gmail.com if you receive a defective item.

Refund Options: You may choose to receive store credit or a refund to the original form of payment.

Store Credit: No return shipping fees apply.

Original Payment Method: A return shipping fee will be deducted from your total refund.

Bulk Orders
To manage inventory effectively, orders deemed "bulk" are eligible for store credit only. This includes:

Orders containing 3 or more units of the same item.

Orders containing 4 or more total units.

Multiple orders to the same shipping address within 7 days totaling 4 or more units.
Order Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be submitted within 2 hours of placing your order. After this window, your order has entered our fulfillment process and cannot be canceled. Please note: The absence of a tracking number does not mean the order has not been shipped.
Shipping Address Responsibility
It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Orders returned to the sender due to the following reasons are not eligible for a refund:

Incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses provided at checkout.

Packages not picked up from the carrier within the holding period.

Delivery refused by the recipient.

If you would like the package reshipped, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipment.
Condition of Returns
Returned products must include all original accessories, parts, cables, adapters, manuals, and packaging materials. Returns received with missing components may be subject to a partial refund or full denial at our discretion. It is your responsibility to return the product in acceptable condition; if an item is damaged during return transit, you may not receive the full product value.
Return Shipping and Tracking
It is your responsibility to ship the return with a trackable shipping method and provide us with the tracking number. Apex Haul is not responsible for returns lost in transit without verifiable tracking.
Excessive Returns and Disputes

Abuse: We reserve the right to refuse future returns, refunds, or orders from customers who demonstrate a pattern of excessive returns or return abuse.

Disputes: If you have an issue, please contact our Customer Service team at [Insert Your Support Email] first. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without allowing us to assist may result in your account being flagged for future orders.
How to Start a Return

Once received and inspected, we will notify you of the status. If approved for a refund to your original payment method, please allow 5 to 10 business days for the funds to appear on your statement.
